  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Hexagon Geospatial products
  • Undertake discovery and education activities to identify opportunities for Hexagon Geospatial technology usage across organizational functions and processes
  • Analyse customers’ needs and propose solutions and / or value-add features to meet their requirements
  • Educate customers and partners on how existing and new product features and functionality work, and how it can positively impact and contribute to their business processes
  • Monitor and support key accounts to ensure optimal utilisation of Hexagon Geospatial technologies
  • Train customers and partners to use products effectively
  • Liaise with the sales teams to win new business and increase sales
  • Work with product teams on scoping projects to meet partner and customer requirements
  • Support the sales team to build relationships with decision makers, business contacts, and influencers
  • Provide timely technical support for customers and partners to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Engage product management as the customer and / or partner advocate on product roadmap discussions
  • Address product related questions and technical challenges
  • Accurately replicate, identify, and document software defects with internal tracking systems
  • Some travel both domestically and internationally will be required from time to time


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Technical Account Management
  • Solid technical education (computer science, software engineering) or experience to compensate for it
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in geospatial technologies
  • Experience in C#, JavaScript, CSS3 desirable
  • Experience with relational databases (ORACLE and SQL Server)
  • Working knowledge of deploying applications in the cloud
  • Ability to match customers business requirements with product capabilities
  • Ability to make the right decisions based on strong analytical reasoning skills
  • Great team player, reliable coworker and enthusiastic innovator
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and training skills
  • Strong ability to organize work schedule and time to ensure deadlines are always met
  • Competitive and competitively aware with a proficiency at explaining strengths and weaknesses
  • Experience working with Hexagon Geospatial products desirable
