    The objective of this position is to support a senior global attorney and contracting professional, and to serve as an as-needed remote executive assistant for three C-level executives. Under the supervision of a senior attorney, the successful candidate will:


    • Draft, edit, and format complex Word documents
    • Proofread documents and ensure that faxes, emails and overnight mail are sent and received
    • Serve as a first line administrator of certain policy and regulatory compliance processes
    • Manage filing and organizational systems
    • Communicate via telephone, e-mail and letters in an effective and professional manner with internal clients and customers of the company
    • Interpret and apply corporate policies and regulations applicable to the business of the company
    • Manage contract execution and delivery logistics
    • Extract and act upon information contained in legal documents and written communications
    • Assist in merger and acquisition activities
    • Complete administrative tasks in support of the division
      • C-level executive assistance will be remote out of the Huntsville, AL office and limited to 20-25% of the total time to include assistance for those executives with various tasks, including, but not limited to filing and tracking expense reports, travel coordination with internal travel department and other administrative tasks as needed on and off-site.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned


    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of four (4) years legal department or law firm experience
    • Training will be provided, however any advance experience related to export compliance is a plus     
    • Must be proficient: Microsoft Office
    • Must type 65 wpm; experience transcribing is a plus
    • Individual must be observant, attentive to detail, organized, self-motivating, committed to a high level of service, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
