    As a technical member of the North America team, the Geospatial Solutions Engineer will be on the front-lines supporting our US and Canada sales teams in the sales and delivery of Hexagon Geospatial software products to solve complex location-based challenges across industries like Defense, Aviation, Smart City, Mining, Agriculture, and Transportation.


    This individual will be a technical champion for Hexagon Geospatial’s comprehensive offerings covering technology for remote sensing, GIS, photogrammetry, data management, 3D visualization, analytics, location intelligence, and geospatial situational awareness in the commercial, defense, and local government spaces. Candidate will need to be an energetic, creative problem-solver, and will be responsible for conducting technical discovery sessions with customers, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and designing and implementing customer solutions.


    Candidate will join a dynamic team, working with enterprise software in the fast-growing location intelligence and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) domains.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, Computer Science, or related field
    • 5 years of experience with geospatial or location-based enterprise software
    • Strong customer-orientation and understanding of sales process
    • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
    • Ability to build and present software product demonstrations
    • Energetic and motivated with the willingness to take initiative
    • Programming knowledge in JavaScript, Java, SQL, .NET
    • Up to 50% travel required in US and Canada
